 Voice over Serial Port

VoSP is a Voice to Serial Data and Serial Data to Voice interface that will easily run from a battery. It allows any serial link 4800 Baud upwards to become a half duplex voice channel.

VoSP is a key enabling technology for digital voice over radio. If your radio can support low bit rates around 3kBit/s then it can carry voice.

The VoSP is available as a unit to evaluate the technology; alternatively Phasor Design will prepare a design to suit your requirements.
